(1) Winn Pro Policy: grass clippings remove from customer property is a $10 fee to dispose of grass clippings
(2) Winn Pro Policy: grass clippings that are left at customers residents is stored in trash bags and left for customers trash day pick up with out a fee.
(3)Due to bad weather you receive notification of rescheduling service appointment for the next clear day and Management will decide if grounds are dry enough to resume service to prevent Damages to customer turf and safety for field techs servicing.
(4) All customer will receives notification for service appointment and completion of service via email or text by phone.
(5) Upon service techs arrival for lawn care customer must remove any items such as: Basketball Goals, Trash Cans, Stick in the ground Landscape Lights, Water Holes laying on the ground etc these areas will not be serviced by tech if lawn is block for service for a more efficient service visit. Field tech will not return while on service route due to these circumstances.
(6)Company liability policy: Areas not service with a weed eater front entrance by front door close to windows and near cars such as Mulch beds, Rock Beds these areas must be care for with organic product or man power for clean out for a extra charge or DIY. This service doesn't include in a regular cut, edge and blow lawn care service visit it is separate. Make sure you ask a customer service representative about the service cost.
(7)Overgrowth lawns will be a extra charge if its the first visit or skip service visit depending on the size and condition the property is in, If customer fail to let the office know upon tech arrival property will not be serviced unless overgrowth is paid by visiting our web-site for payment or visit will not be refunded.
